Best Times To Go
For most of the country, May to September is ideal, as it is the dry season with milder temperatures - perfect for sightseeing, city tours, and outdoor activities. Coastal areas like Rio de Janeiro and Salvador are also popular between December and March, but this is the summer season, which can be hot, humid, and busier with tourists.

What is the local currency and can I use my credit card?
