Dana Tours in Mozambique recently created a dynamic Amazing Race team-building activity, discovering the sights and sounds of Maputo.
100 delegates were split into teams and they took the Baixa (downtown) by storm catching taxis and boats and solving challenges with the locals. They also had to buy supplies at the central market to make a starter using a mystery ingredient as well as a hot Mozambican peri-peri sauce.
A prize giving was held at a seaside restaurant with a peri-peri chicken and prawn lunch washed down with the local 2M beer.
