Pierre Louis Costes is no stranger to the world of bodyboarding. With two World Championship titles and three Africa Championship victories, he’s a force to be reckoned with in the surf world. He’s also the reigning champion of the Visit Maldives Pro 2023. They were also joined on the trip by local bodyboard champions Ali Khushruwan (Kuda Ayya) and Ali Javed (Jaatte). Armed with their local knowledge of the surf breaks, our champions acted as surf guides who directed our guests to some of the finest surf breaks in the Maldives, ensuring that they enjoyed world-class waves right off their Dhoni.
