Our DMC in Switzerland, Fine Swiss Events, enjoys immersing corporate groups in authentic experiences. A group itinerary to one of the smallest cantons in Switzerland can include any of the following activities:
- Meet the locals in their shops during a culinary village walk and taste cheese, meat, pastry and beverage specialties from the canton
- Make your own sausage with the local butcher
- Bake a local sweet cookie called “Biberli” in the local pastry shop
- Taste beer and whisky at the local brewery
- Hike up to the Alpine cheese dairies to meet the cheese maker
- Learn from a local farmer about the activities and challenges they face in their business
- Learn how to coin spin and yodel during a lunch or dinner
- Attend a local folkloric music “jam” session
- Take an e-bike tour through the canton
- Visit one of the many surrounding peaks, which includes some hiking and a kick-bike experience
- Visit a cheese factory in the neighboring canton and try your hand at making your own cheese
- Take a culinary train ride for 5-7 hours and enjoy your aperitif, starter, main dish and dessert in three different places
