These months are ideal for safari trips, wildlife viewing, and exploring national parks, as animals are easier to spot and rainfall is minimal. The wet seasons (March to May and November) bring heavy rains, which can make some areas harder to access.

TESTIMONIALS
My husband organized our surprise honeymoon in Kenya with African Quest. It was a pleasure from A to Z, and our guide Mr Nicholas was always on time, discreet and had eyes like a hawk, meaning that we never missed a thing out on safari. African Quest’s experience and highly trained and educated staff make for a perfect combination for premium safaris. Highly recommended!

Wow! Fabulous! Perfection! That sums what we think of the job Maxim Prague did for our group of 130 on our recent incentive trip to Prague.

Kenya FAQ
For groups or high-end FIT bookings, we recommend booking 6 to 12 months in advance. If you are targeting the peak "Migration" season (July–October) or the Festive Season (December), booking 9-12 months out is essential to secure the best boutique lodges, which often have limited room counts.
Kenya has replaced the traditional visa with the Electronic Travel Authorisation (eTA). All travelers, including infants and children, must apply for an eTA via the official government portal at least 3 to 7 days before departure. Note: There is no longer a "Visa on Arrival" service.
Yes. As a DMC, we specialize in "Handcrafted Experiences." Whether your group is interested in professional photography, bird watching, or cultural immersion with tribal communities, we can adjust the pace and locations to suit those specific niches rather than following a standard "circuit."
Absolutely. Many groups choose to fly from the Masai Mara directly to the coast (Diani or Watamu) for a "Bush and Beach" finish. We also coordinate cross-border logistics for those wishing to visit the Serengeti in Tanzania via the Isebania or Namanga border points.
Most luxury safari lodges are "Full Board," meaning meals are included, but drinks (alcohol/sodas) may be extra unless specified as "Fully Inclusive." For group bookings, we can pre-negotiate "all-in" packages to ensure there are no surprise costs for your clients at checkout.
• Yellow Fever: A certificate is compulsory if you are arriving from a country with a risk of Yellow Fever transmission (including layovers longer than 12 hours in such countries).
• Malaria: Most of Kenya’s premier safari destinations are in malaria-risk zones. We strongly advise consulting a travel clinic for profilaxis.
